Shipping & Refund Policy
Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, fitletica.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact usps to track your package, or if it is missing to start an investigation.
Our Standard shipping charge is $5.00 and up depending on the total weight of items.
Standard / USPS - Arrives 3-7 business days from shipped date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. Fitletica Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Please read our policy below to choose from several options available. Please print, fill out and include the Return/Exchange form with your return for timely processing. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your item (exchanges are only available for customers located within the United States). Items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition, unworn/unwashed with the original tags attached.
If any of the following is present, your return or exchange may be denied and sent back to you. In this event, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time depends on your bank and may take 7-10 business days to be reflected on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions on the exchange slip with the return. Customer is responsible for shipping exchange items to our facility, and we will ship back to you at no charge.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Incorrect Item Received/Defect
If we made a mistake with your order, we will make it right, please email us at email@example.com with photo evidence and we will provide a return label if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 15 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 15 days cannot be returned or replaced.
